We are based in and primarily service Miami, FL. Our founder also brings over a decade of hospitality and nightlife experience from New Jersey and New York.

Tropix Concierge was founded by Daniela, a Miami local with over 10 years of experience in nightlife and hospitality. She personally oversees client experiences and vetted vendor partnerships.

We offer luxury yacht, jet ski, and paddleboard rentals; VIP bottle service and club guestlist access; bachelorette and birthday package planning; private chef and in-villa catering; party bus and private transportation; car rentals; photography and videography; IV recovery and wellness services; hotel and spa credit arrangements; sober and THC-friendly party experiences; and Airbnb decoration and stocking.
Can you plan an entire bachelorette weekend?
Yes — bachelorette weekends are one of our specialties. We can coordinate the yacht day, party bus, club table, photographer, private chef, and Airbnb decor as one seamless package.
Do you arrange transportation?
Yes. We book party buses, private transportation, and luxury car rentals for any group size or occasion.
Can you book VIP nightlife access on short notice?
In most cases, yes. Thanks to our vetted relationships with Miami’s top clubs, we can often secure bottle service and guestlist access even on short notice, though booking early guarantees the best tables and pricing.
Do you offer non-alcohol or wellness-focused experiences?
Yes. We offer sober, THC-friendly party experiences as well as IV recovery and wellness services for guests who want a different kind of Miami experience.

We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for yacht charters, bachelorette weekends, and VIP tables, especially during peak season. We can often accommodate shorter notice — just reach out and we’ll do our best.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing depends on the experience, group size, and date. Because every trip is custom-built, we provide a tailored quote after a quick consultation rather than fixed rates.
Do you require a deposit?
Most bookings require a deposit to confirm vendors and reserve your date. Final payment details are shared when your custom itinerary is confirmed.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms vary by vendor and service (yacht charters, clubs, and transportation each have their own policies). We’ll walk you through the specific terms for your booking before you confirm.
What group sizes can you accommodate?
We’ve planned everything from intimate couples’ getaways to large bachelorette and birthday groups. Let us know your group size and we’ll match you with the right yacht, venue, or table.
Can you help with corporate events?
Yes. We coordinate corporate outings such as yacht charters and group transportation in addition to our nightlife and celebration packages.
